Our room was nice with an enormous bathroom and balcony but with some odd quirks in terms of furniture positioning. The staff was excellent and always helpful. I had never stayed in this part of New Delhi and enjoyed exploring the Lodhi Gardens and Humayun's Tomb during free time. The Bakery near the entrance is convenient. Food was great if a bit pricey by Indian standards.

Beds are very comfortable, duvets are the right weight for the weather. The private pool is excellent, you can get meals served to you in the pool. Express laundry service is really good, whites came back slightly bleached which is good. Staff by the main pool are very attentive and excellent. Housekeeping and reception were great too

It was my partners birthday and we came into Delhi from Kashmir for a few days of relaxing before heading back to NZ, I asked the staff to prepare a cake and balloons for him, they set the room up beautifully. Everyone from the front desk to our drivers and room service and the kitchen gave us such exceptional personalized service. I got a little unwell and a inhouse doctor had visited and everyone was made aware and I was being checked in on and reminded to take meds. It was so sweet, I will never stay anywhere else whilst in Delhi.

Large bedroom with large bed and bathroom, plenty of space. Spa was beautiful and food was good, we ate in the Alan and the Indian Accent

Such attentive staff, mindful of even the smallest details, with memories for all one's likes and dislikes. Service was unsurpassed, and ease of interaction was unsurpassed. I have never stayed in a hgetter hotel.

Staff is very helpful in every moment. I arrived very early - at 8am, i knew i would need to wait till check in hour. Staff proposed me early check in for 50% of amount, but i didn't want to spend it, as i was prepared to wait. But they still gave me the room without paying and because of that i could rest better. All the facilities were very good and they had very tasty food. Rooms are very big and super clean.

Very good breakfast and very good - and I have to say excellent service from the staff. Security was very good. Security chief samite cumber took very god care of us.

Absolutely everything - the professionalism, making you feel comfortable even though we obviously don’t book this high grade a hotel often, the room, the food, the service, the cocktails, the pool both in our room and out… all of it. 🥰
